Job Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions.
- Oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
- Manage the preparation of the official quarterly and annual financial reports in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage and direct the fixed asset account process.
- Assures protection for the assets of the business through internal control, internal auditing and assuring proper insurance coverage.
- Manage the cash flow process.
- Manage Inventory including physical inventories.
- Customer credit policy and account receivables collections.
- Responsible for maintaining manufacturing ledgers, cost accounting activities and the preparation of plant financial and other control reports.
- Interprets contracts, adheres to terms and conditions.
- Prepare sales and use tax returns, as applicable.
- External reporting, including coordination with tax accountants, lenders and financial consultants.
- Protects operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as need.

Requirements
- Ideal Candidate will posses a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance. Prefer MS or CPA.
- Must have at least seven (7) years manufacturing experience.
- Must possess a strong financial background and be able to do month end financial preparation and analysis, yearly budgeting, and Plant accounting functions.
- Must have excellent PC skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Epicor Software required.
- Must have strong communication skills and possess exceptional organization and planning skills, be able to handle multiple tasks in a team based environment.

Technical Service provides services such as production, training and maintenance for these displays.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support, which may include tasks such as system troubleshooting, electronic repair and testing.
- Installing and performing tests on video equipment for displays to ensure proper system functionality.
- Assist and coordinate with Project Manager during project installation.
- Interact with subcontractors to accomplish installation.
- Assist in operator training and maintenance.
- Over the phone troubleshooting with clients.
- Document all services performed, i.e. work logs, inventory and shipping.
- Provide on-site technical support during demonstrations, tradeshows and other events.
- Adjust and calibrate display colors/settings to optimize image quality for displays.
- Professionally represent D3 LED to customers and vendors.
- Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements
- AS degree or better in Electrical Engineering, Computer Technology or 3+ years experience in related field.
- Able to travel on short notice via air or ground.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid passport; able to leave country if necessary.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Able to work from a ladder at great heights and able to carry tools/ladder/parts to and from work site.
- Available to work nights and weekend.
- Responsible, self-motivated and organized.
- Soldering skills a must; through-hole and SMD.
- Experience with use of Oscilloscope and Multi-meter a must.
- Advanced computer hardware and networking knowledge a must.
- Fiber termination skill a plus.
- Proficient in Windows installations and the use of common Windows applications such as Microsoft Office, Project and Visio.
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints and schematics

Mechanical Design Engineer - California

This position will focus on designing steel & aluminum components, polycarbonate injection molded, and vacuum molded parts along with weather tight electronic cabinets for our dynamic LED displays.

Description
- Create and design components, assemblies and construction drawings for custom LED signs using Solid Works and AutoCAD
- Coordinate schedule and design with clients and contractors
- Document design concepts, fabrication and assembly drawings.
- Develop accurate electrical layouts, assembly drawings, details and dimensions.
- Review engineering drawings with Senior Mechanical Engineer prior to release to the Production Department.
- Take direction from Sr. Engineers and/or group Presidents and Executives to research drawings, catalogs, sketches, etc., to develop detailed drawings.
- Perform detailed mechanical design and documentation work.
- Project manage new design.

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Must be proficient with Solid Works. With Minimum 4 years experience
- Must be able to take direction and work in a fast paced environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel
- Electrical Design and HVAC are a plus.
- Well-versed in design and R&D
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and be a self-starter.
- Work effectively as a team member, work with little supervision, and help when and where needed.

The Project Manager will have overall responsibility for the day to day coordination and scope of projects.

Job Responsibilities
- Works with Sales & Engineering department in estimating costs for project.
- Ensures project documentation is complete and current.
- Coordinates installation of project.
- Assist in site visits to understand job requirements, specifications & scope of work.
- Fully understand appropriate codes, permits and specifications required.
- Coordinate work, installation to complete projects on schedule.
- Oversee entire process of job, starting from contract/submittal of drawings to installation and sign off.
- Work with Supply Chain Manager and Production Manager to create detailed BOM’s for production.
- Meet with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems or issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Management.
- Microsoft Project experience required.
- Electrical and Construction experience a plus.
- Able to work on own and be a self-starter.
- Good written and verbal communication skills. Will be required to present both in-house and at executive client level.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Some travel required.
- Interact with high level executive customers.
- Interact with sign companies and vendors through installation.
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally .
- Able to professionally respresent D3 LED while working with customers and vendors.

Job Responsibilities
- Pursue sales leads provided by the company.
- Generate additional sales leads by prospecting the LED display market.
- Produce weekly reports regarding status of all prospects and projected sales.
- Develop a plan to pursue new markets with sign companies, architects and design firms and out of home media.
- Participate in the development of all sales proposals.
- Visit prospective customers to develop and maintain relationships.
- Attend industry trade shows and proactively follow up on all generated leads.
- Provide input on company marketing/sales strategies.
- Work closely with sales and marketing management to aggressively pursue all possible projects.
- Learn all company products and software applications.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with all customers, vendors and company employees.

Requirements
