  • Meric Adriansen — Systems + Engineering
    When it involves LED displays and is complicated, the industry goes to D3's wizard behind the curtain.

    An accomplished engineer of several disciplines, Meric has the proven abilities to design and integrate the world's most complex control systems. His expertise includes 20 plus years of broadcast television video/graphics, bank level network security, DRM, WAN, LAN, SAN network technologies, multiple content source delivery, remote system diagnostics, interactive functionality and green screen technology.

    Meric covers that much ground, and brings a wealth of experience to the D3 team.

    His clients have included ABC, Disney, ESPN, MTV, JPMorgan Chase, HSBC and Cablevision.

  • George Pappas — Operations + Manufacturing
    George is one of the most respected "King of All Trades" in the LED display industry.

    A self taught master of manufacturing, he can truly take any project from concept to completion. Prior to D3, George spent 10 years rising through the manufacturing and operations ranks of the competition.

    Then, he got really smart and left to form D3 with his partners. In his former life as a Vice President of Manufacturing, George managed the design process and fabrication of some of the world's most complex LED display systems including ABC Studios, Pontiac and JPMorgan Chase in Times Square, the Trump and Caesars displays in Atlantic City, plus the Citadel Outlets in Los Angeles.

    He is fully steeped in mechanical, electrical, hardware, firmware and software engineering. Always on the hunt for improvements, he works strategically with our vendors and contract manufacturers to assemble the best components for the best ever module designs.

  • Jason Barak — Sales + Marketing
    Jason is a lot more than a guy who can nail the sale.

    He's a strategic planner of emerging markets, who paved his own road in Times Square having developed one of the most successful sales initiatives in the most competitive landscapes of the business.

    Previously within the industry, Jason was a Vice President of East Coast Operations kick-starting a New York office back in 2000. He was responsible for the sales and project management of more than 30 displays in and around Times Square.

    Jason prides himself on a taking a consultative approach to selling, focusing on the clients' needs and expectations. He's sold more than $35 million in LED display technology in his 10 years in the business, with the skills to handle all aspects of running major spectacular display projects. This includes sales, contract negotiations, project management, technical support, and client/contractor relations.
