The D3 Engineering Team understands that as products age, certain components may become obsolete or difficult to obtain. To combat this problem, D3 has instituted a Key Components Retainage Program (KCRP). Based on the size of your display, the KCRP will designate specific numbers of components that will ensure parts availability throughout the life of the display. This will include diodes, FPGA, driver chips and power supplies. D3 will purchase these parts and either store them or designate a service provider to stock them. In addition, D3 will provide alternate servicing options so that after expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty, the client may elect to service the display modules through a third party. D3 understands the significant investment our clients make in our display products and it is our goal to guarantee service of the system for the life of the display. We are confident that our generous spare module and parts program coupled with the KCRP will ensure years of reliable operation for your display.
