Collectively, the D3 Managing partners have amassed more than 50 years of experience in the design, manufacture and installation of complex LED displays and associated control systems.
D3 LED, LLC was launched to engineer and manufacture the world’s most sophisticated LED (Light Emitting Diode) digital displays. Meric Adriansen, Systems & Engineering
When it involves LED displays and is complicated, the industry turns to Meric. An accomplished engineer of several disciplines, Meric has the proven abilities to design and integrate the most complex control systems. His expertise includes 20 plus years of broadcast television video/graphics, bank level network security, DRM, WAN, LAN, SAN network technologies, multiple content source delivery, remote system diagnostics, interactive functionality and green screen technology. As a previous consultant to the LED display industry, Meric truly brings a wealth of experience to the D3 team. His clients have included ABC, Disney, ESPN, MTV, JPMorgan Chase, HSBC and Cablevision.
George Pappas, Operations and Manufacturing
George is one of the most respected operations professionals in the LED display industry. A self-taught master of manufacturing, he can truly take any project from concept to completion. George came to D3 from BillBoard Video/Multimedia where he spent the last 10 years rising in the ranks of their manufacturing and operations. Prior to his departure, George was Vice President of Manufacturing. During his tenure, George managed the design process and fabrication of some of the world’s most complex LED display systems including ABC Studios, Pontiac and JPMorgan Chase in Times Square, the Trump and Caesars displays in Atlantic City, plus the Citadel Outlets in Los Angeles. He has a full understanding of the mechanical, electrical, hardware, firmware and software engineering. Plus, he works strategically with our vendors and contract manufacturers to assemble the best components for even better module designs. In addition, George prefers to be on-site to masterfully construct the displays and manage the installation with the client.
Jason Barak, Sales and Marketing
Jason has proven that he does much more than sell LED displays. As a strategic planner of emerging markets, Jason paved his own road in Times Square having developed one of the most successful sales initiatives in the industry. With his former company BillBoard Video/Multimedia, Jason served as Vice President of East Coast Operations. He started their New York office back in 2000 and was responsible for the sales and project management of more than 30 displays in and around Times Square. Jason prides himself on a taking a consultative approach to selling with a major focus on the clients’ needs and expectations. He has sold more than $35 million in LED display technology in his 10 years in the business. Jason possesses the skill sets to handle all aspects of running major spectacular display projects. This includes sales, contract negotiations, project management, technical support, client/contractor relations and dispute settlements.
